I bought the SE version, so it already came with an Akrapovic silencer (which I removed the baffles from) and lots of carbon fibre and other nice little bits, so to be honest, I haven't changed a thing, or added anything.
The performance was stunning, so I didn't feel the need to explore any enhancements there either, but a speed freak like yourself might like to have a look at some of the topics on here....

There are a few people on there who seem devoted to increasing what is already astonishing levels of acceleration.

What bullshit. As I'm sure you know it can only be a few things - tires/wheels, alignment, steering head bearings, etc. Sometimes with the KTM it can something as simple as more preload on the rear shock.
KTMs get bad mouthed a lot, but have to admit at 10K miles mine's been pretty damn good. Adjust the tire pressure seasonally, change oil and filter. Haven't even needed to adjust the chain. Now watch, it'll go up in smoke tomorrow!
50 bikes! I have 5 and that's at least two too many for me.
A good long ride can transport me from where I am to who I am.
