Wow, owl, Tom Waits on BBQ... sweet suckling pick!

Whatever Will is planning to prepare, I'll bet that it will go great with a few of these, which I was enjoying last night:

Hefeweizen and roasted pork ALWAYS go together!

Sometimes it's best to burn a bridge and use the glowing embers to light the path ahead.

Here's what I started Friday night for a Birthday party Saturday night. The first picture is the beginning of my Chili fixins followed by the finshed Chili. The turds ate evey last bit of too. I had to sneak a bowl out for my lunch later otherwise I wouldn't had any left...Chili fixins.jpg Chili finished.jpg

While in the Ft. Collins, CO area last week, I tried out a new brew called Serpent's Stout. I had the big glass to begin with thinking I needed a good stout after humping 12 miles on the high plains earlier that day. Picked the glass up, caught a whiff and thought “Hey, that’s nice” and then took that first taste; “Holy smooth kick in the head Batman”. This is a 10.5% stout, incredibly good tasting and goes down like cool water on a hot day. I was in trouble... You can find in online, for some reason I can't post a picture at the moment.
