Well, Marquez is now 5 poles for 5 tries at COTA! Beat Vinales by .1 second.

    Marquez, Vinales, Rossi

    Pedrosa, Zarco(!), Lorenzo

Dovi, Folger, Crutchlow (crashed again in qualifying)

    Redding, Iannone, Miller

Let's see who can stay upright tomorrow.

Yeah, that was my response to my oldest when she was trying to get me to go. I find it humorous, most find it redneck rude.

Marquez does own COTA, doesn't he? What a talent. I bet Honda was relieved to have some success on the international scene. They've done nothing in Superbike and their Formula 1 team is lucky to finish, or even start, a race. The giant is struggling.

Marquez and Vinales get all the press, Rossi was nowhere in preseason and struggling in practice and qualifying. Oh wait. Who's leading the championship?

WSBK this weekend. Assen, I believe.

Well, the Kawasaki big wigs certainly picked a good weekend to attend the races, didn't they? Kawasaki won everything. It's getting old having the same guy win SBK every race, but I do enjoy watching him ride. Has there ever been a better bike/rider match in SBK?
The SSP300 is quickly becoming my favorite class to watch. Yeah, let's turn a bunch of teenagers loose on a race track in front of several thousand people, what could go wrong??

Jerez this weekend. Let's see what Lorenzo can do on a home track.

If George gets it wrong on this track, the knives will be out big time.

With Rossi winning just to rub a little more salt in.

I would not expect much from Lorenzo, he is not the first having difficulties adapting to the Ducati.

I remember someone a couple of years that was supposed to be able to solve Ducati's problems by just looking at it. Did not have much success.

I guess I do expect a bit from Lorenzo. The Ducatis won races last year, Dovi is competitive, and Lorenzo is a real talent. I do think he'll progress enough to at least podium by the second half of the season, if not before.

Pedrosa has been on it all weekend.

    Pedrosa, Marquez, Crutchlow

    Vinales, Iannone, Zarco

    Rossi, Lorenzo, Folger

Lorenzo's doing pretty well considering his is a corner speed style and the Ducati really doesn't do well at that. Dovi didn't even make it out of Q1.

I'm thinkin' Pedrosa takes out Marquez, Rossi wins, Crutchlow 2nd, Vinales, Zarco, Lorenzo.
