Check your throttle cable routing (eeek)

My bike is 5 years old and it's always creaked and groaned on full lock. I thought I would try adjusting the plastics around the headstock, and found that the throttle cables had been misrouted the WRONG side of the front brake pipe. It looked wrong to me so I checked it with another Rocket and sure enough it was wrong on mine. Now you could say that it must be Ok as the bike is 5 years old, but I reckon i have just been lucky that they haven't worn through or pulled off that brake pipe.
